Welcome to the Spokane Distance Project

The Spokane Distance Project was formed on June 1st 2010.

The Spokane Distance Project provides:

  • a development program for athletes seeking improvement
  • a diverse group of post-collegiate runner and triathlete training partners
  • goal-oriented periodized seasons designed around culminating “TEAM” races
  • a support group for members’ personal goals throughout each season
  • a team-oriented peer group with specific emphasis on weekly “quality” workouts and mileage goals
  • additional affordable private coaching for individual “A” races
  • High School Athlete off-season peer/community training partners

The Spokane Distance Project member benefits include:
